在古城裡一個小院內，古香古色，尤其到了晚上燈光若影若現，更顯韻味。距離景點都不太遠，有的步行即到，各種美食就在街邊，很方便。房間設施

房間休息得很不錯，位置在古城鬧中取靜。房間的設施設備配備很齊全，讓人眼前一亮的是房間的吹風機是徠芬的，風速很快，吹乾就變得很容易。房間衞生間有毛巾架，冬天毛巾晾上面幹得很快。這兩個點非常貼心。房間續房衞生打掃乾淨徹底。
但是還是有點小建議給店家：第一房間衞生間可以配個皂碟，放香皂會方便一點。第二房間衞生間的光有點昏暗，可以換個燈光或者配個化粧鏡，這樣對化粧的女性會比較友好。

小院子很不錯，天井擺有茶台很出片。老闆人很禮貌，積極解決提出的要求。房間整體風格上原木風，屋內空調。小院就在天水古城裡，逛、吃很近、很方便。晚上休息很安靜，一點也不吵，
